We're currently hiring for the following roles across our service areas.
Cleaning Technician
Perform deep cleaning of vacant units, move-out cleans, and post-construction cleaning. Experience with residential cleaning preferred.

Painter
Interior painting of vacant units — walls, ceilings, trim, and doors. Experience with residential painting required.
- 1+ years painting experience
- Knowledge of prep work and patching

Maintenance Technician
Perform general repairs, punch list items, and maintenance work on residential properties. Handyman experience required.
- 2+ years maintenance experience
- Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge

Cleanout / Labor Crew
Perform property cleanouts, debris removal, and bulk haul-outs. Physical work — must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
- Physical fitness required

Crew Leader
Lead a crew of 2-4 technicians on turnover and cleanout projects. Experience managing teams in a property service environment preferred.
- 2+ years supervisory experience
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable vehicle required

General Laborer
Support crews with all aspects of property service — cleaning, hauling, painting prep, and general assistance.
- No experience required
- Reliable and punctual
- Willing to learn
